Hotchpotch heaven

This is my hotchpotch. By definition, a hotchpotch is a confused mixture. You can use bread, couscous and any damn leftover you have. Even veggies (but not the Indian curry variety). Works best with left over fried rice, pasta or noodles from the day before. The more confusing the food, the better the hotchpotch.

Oil, noodles, eggs, sausages, salami and caramelised onions. Easy to make for those who don't know or like to cook. Takes 10 minutes.

Fry the onions in low heat and a pinch of sugar for the caramelisation. Add chopped sausages and salami to it. Cover for the sausages to cook - all in low heat. 2-3 min later you are done.Set aside
Use the leftover oil to scramble some eggs. The oil retains the smell of the sausages and the eggs are yummy.
Use the leftover whatever-you-have and add the eggs and the onion-sausage combo set aside. Add some salt (if needed) just the lightest drizzle of any non synthetic vinegar. Tastes better with olive oil. If you don't have left overs, add diced bread or tear a croissant into it. Fresh rice will only make it a fried rice variety and that is NOT the same as a hotchpotch.

10 - 15 minutes and your friends will forever be ooh-aahing your culinary skills. He he heeee .... and no one need know your secret. Told you I was a cook :))
